Isn't always about winning, isn't always about medals and trophies - yes we all agree 💯 that this feeling either for players or parents is fantastic, but key in young generation footballers stays in passion - love it - desire. Arséne WENGER statement / lesson is crucial for future players to become professional players if that's what they want to achieve ✅🤝 if they are in good coaching hand we all know this is achievable 💪🎯
Today's game Map Kings U12’s v Lakeside FC U13 showed of how physical game could be
(1-2 year difference in some boys age)
Holding line up - creating opportunities - being patient - worked well today ✅
BOYS and Shane Goves absolutely deserved for

Support in a positive way...
Parents shape the match-day experience more than they probably realise.
Encourage every player.
Let the coach coach.
Respect the referee.
Relax and enjoy the game.
And whatever happens, keep the journey home positive.
Children will make mistakes. So will coaches and referees. That’s grassroots football.
The touchline sets the tone — let’s make sure it’s one that helps kids enjoy the game and want to come back next week. ⚽

As for this beautiful statement from Johan Cruyff, game is a teacher - every touch - every pass - every scanning - every shot - every position swap - best taken training session couldn't replace a good match ✅ Map Kings U12’s had this opportunity yesterday and instead training session boys played against MAP Juniors,
2 X 30min with lots of opportunities for development, decision making situations and great control of the game by holding formation lines and supporting each other either in defense or forward positions 🤝🧠💪
Well done Everyone involved, this was another great opportunity for boys either to play in different areas on the pitch, learn of how to cooperate with team-mates and most importantly be more creative and create themselves opportunities to take advantage on the game 🎯
Shane Goves final message...
'By far the best team performance to date💙great desire, work rate and team spirit shown by all! Well done boys really proud of the progress your all showing 💙⚽️👏👊...
..I think all this extra work the boys are putting in is definitely making the difference ✅'

So true
Every week, clubs put out the same message:
“Volunteer coaches needed.”
But too many good coaches are being pushed away by touchline criticism, unrealistic expectations and constant pressure.
Most are giving up their evenings and weekends simply so children can play football.
So back them. Help them. Respect them.
And when your club asks for volunteers, consider stepping forward.
Because without coaches, there are no teams.
It really is that simple. ⚽
