🏊 Half-term plans sorted.

Our Swimming Intensives are coming to Horizon Waterlooville from 27–29 October, with sessions available for Stages 1–6.

Three consecutive days of focused swimming gives swimmers extra time to practise, build confidence and work on the skills for their current stage.

💷 £9.50 per session | £28.50 for all three days

We're excited to launch a brand-new FREE 8-week programme at Horizon Havant, Living Well with GLP-1!

Designed for people taking or preparing to start GLP-1 medication, the programme brings together practical information, guidance and strength-based activities to help participants maintain muscle strength, stay active and feel supported.

Everyone's wellbeing journey is different, and we're proud to offer another way for our community to access the support they need.

Plus, a Horizon membership is included throughout the programme!

Our Community Inclusion Officer, Juliet, recently joined the Hayling Island & Emsworth Primary Care Network SEND Parent Group to talk about the importance of self-care and finding ways to fit movement into everyday life.

It was a lovely opportunity to connect with local parents and carers, hear about their experiences at Horizon and explore how we can continue making our activities more accessible and inclusive.
