📣 ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

Hello Pumas family ⚽️

Ahead of the new season starting I’d like to take this opportunity to update you all on a few things.

As most of you are aware we have an almost entirely new committee now behind the club who are all working incredibly hard to turn things around and make your club the best it can be.

The first new and exciting thing I’d like to share is that we have opened up a kit exchange. Anyone who has any kit, eg. Boots, shin pads, goalie gloves etc that they have outgrown/no longer need we are welcoming donations. This means that if anyone needs access to anything (because let’s face it kids don’t always plan their growth spurts to line up with pay day) you can get in touch and we will do our upmost to find you something from the kit exchange 😊

Secondly we are looking to recruit a team representative for each team across the club, this person will be the first point of contact for any parent or player queries or concerns and they will work closely with the committee to ensure the club runs smoothly and that all players are as happy as they can be and getting the best out of the football experience. If this sounds like something you would be interested in then I encourage you to reach out to your teams coach for more information.

This achievement is a testament to the hard work, passion and dedication of our incredible coaches, volunteers, committee members, players, parents and supporters. Thank you to everyone who has played a part in helping us reach this milestone—we couldn’t have done it without you.

While we’re proud to celebrate today, we’re even more excited about what comes next as we continue to grow, develop and provide the very best grassroots football experience for our community.

Portsdown Pumas U18s 2–1 Locks Heath U18s

An excellent performance from our U18s side, with lots of new faces in the squad continuing to gel and showing real progress during pre-season, earning a deserved 2–1 victory in challenging hot conditions.

Coby opened the scoring after great pressing from Reece, before Riley calmly slotted home a late winner to seal the result.

The team is showing real progress each week, with improved passing, better possession and plenty of hard work throughout the squad. A fantastic effort from everyone involved.
