Busy busy practice … 🔥 🥵

Babies- 🤨🤨 I adore every single one of you. Like you’re my own kids. But whatever happened tonight can stay in tonight 🫣🤣 listening ears gonners and danced to their own beat … but you did it confidently 🤣🤣🤣 hopefully saving their best dance for Sunday. Pray for us 🤣 dancer of the night Noah for staying in time the whole way through! 🖤

Mid dinkies- after a warning of swapping trainers you girls stepped up! Patterns looked a lot neater. A lot of timing work. It will all come together and the sooner you’re out at comps the better so we have cards to work off. Well done girlys 🧡

Dinkies- strong practice. Footwork looked miles better. Smaller half very proud of the spacing work. Slight change to hopefully up those points but strong little practice from you all. Even if bribery is out to play 🤨🤣 (if you see me with egg in my hair in the next few weeks mind your business) 🤣 dancers of the night dolly, little Lola and Thea 🖤

Tinies- cards explained and worked hard on. Gorgeous dances done and back to your original line! I wish I saw more but I was busy trying to explain to the babys that we don’t need to talk about who was naughty at school today 🫣🤣 dancer of the night Lila 🧡

Juniors- ahhh girls. One of our gorgeous girlies has been injured and I know just how gutted she is to be out for now … but a girl added in at last minute and use did it. Is it perfect, no? But will we learn if we go out there, yes! We’re all rooting for you. Heads on and chins up high you’ve got this! Dancer of the night alissia 🖤

Senior b- lots of dances done tonight spacing work as well as positional work together. Nice little practice from you all well done ladies and gents. Welcome to our new dancers as well love to see it 🥰🧡

Senior a- entry and exit practice in full force. Patterns seem to be a lot stronger with the tweaks made. Another nice little practice. Excited to be back out on Sunday! 🖤

Just want to give a shoutout to this little darling Lila. Lila has never ever danced before. This season she joined us just from practicing with her friend in her spare time. Since then she has danced on the back of our tinies with such a gorgeous smile on her face, and then helped out the tiny line when they was short and never ever missed a beat or an armwork. For such progress in such a short amount of time you should be so proud. And we are so proud to have you on our team. Well done girly keep it up we see you! 👏🏼 👑

Outdoors on Sunday. Prestwich is forecasting Ibiza so that’s always a bonus (unless you’re dancing in full sequins 😭🤣) but we cannot wait to be sharing this amazing event with everyone again! See you all Sunday 🥰 ps I’m still packing my wellies and winter coat xox

Our very own Elsie bear is back from her rest at the baby trainers house and is back spending her weeks with our baby line!

This week she has been with AJ and his family. Elsie has been busy and had a gorgeous week accompanying AJ to ju jitsu lessons, school, bubble planet, and even went to watch our lionesses play last night! 🥰

How gorgeous Thankyou so much AJ for taking such good care of Elsie and well done for winning dancer of the week 🖤

To the dance parent with a dance bag in the backseat of your car:

There will come a day when that bag will not be there anymore.

No bobby pins scattered on the floor.

No water bottle rolling around every time you make a turn.

No asking, “Do you have your pumps?” as you pull out of the driveway.

Right now, that bag may feel like one more thing in an already busy day.

One more class.

One more place you need to drive.

And let’s be honest, you may not miss the smell coming from that bag.

But someday, you may miss what it meant.

Because that dance bag is carrying far more than pumps and frilly socks.

It is carrying the art they love, friends they are growing up with, teachers who believe in them, confidence they are building, and a piece of their childhood.

Your child is not simply going to dance class.

They are finding a place to belong.

They are growing up, one dance class at a time.

How cool is that!

So in the middle of the rushing, take a moment to appreciate that bag.

It will not be in your backseat forever.
