Having abit of a reflection today On when it all started

2013 we started D&T fitness
The adults that came through our doors
The community we built
The friendships that was made
The connections that made a bond
The laughs
The cry’s
The 😥 sweat

Last week I reached out to some old members and asked them “what was the 1 thing they loved about D&T “

Fair to say they all came back with the same answer ⬇️

It’s not always about what you do but about the impact you have on people

We now have over 200 children at the school that probably feel the same way
