We are looking for a organised and reliable supervisor that leads daily floor operations, supports and trains team members and ensures fast, friendly service while keeping high expectations of the club.

✨The role includes:✨
•Opening and closing of the bar and premises
•Manage shift handovers, and keep things running smoothly during busy times.
•Guide, train, and support staff.
•Greet guests, handle queries or complaints with a positive attitude.
•Set a high standard for service.
•Follow licensing laws, hygiene rules, and health and safety policies at all times.
•Manage cash and the tills
•Complete accurate cashing-up reports at the end of a shift.

We are looking for someone to fill our key holder position-
This position requires:
•have the responsibility to open and close the premises
•cash up the tills and handling money
•have the availability to work both weekdays and weekends including evenings.
