It is with great sadness that we learned today of the passing of Scottish rugby great, Scott Hastings.
A tremendous servant to the game, Scott represented Scotland and the British & Irish Lions with distinction, earning the respect and admiration of rugby supporters around the world.
His contribution to rugby, both on and off the field, leaves a lasting legacy, and his loss will be deeply felt across the sport.
At this difficult time, our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with Scott’s family, friends, and everyone at Scottish Rugby.
Rest in peace, Scott.

U16s Lancashire Vase Finals .
The boys travelled to Vale of Lune rufc yesterday for their Lancs Vase final against Leigh.
The result didnt go our way but that far from defines this exceptional group of lads. What defined yesterday’s performance was going into a match as underdogs , scoring the first try to set their intention and fighting to the bitter end to score in the final seconds of the match.
Massive thanks to all our huge troop of supporters who made some noise and kept the boys going.
Everyone should be very proud of this team .... 3 semi-finals in a row and 2 back to back finals is a massive achievement for any team.

Swapped the Alpacalypse IPA for a Camden Pale Ale… guess you could say we’ve kicked it into touch and gone for a cleaner line-out 🍺🏉
Less chaos in the ruck, more control in the scrum — still a solid performer, just with a smoother finish. Call it a tactical substitution… fresh legs, better balance, and we’re definitely still in the game.
Crisp, golden, and easy-drinking, Camden Pale Ale brings those refreshing citrus and light hoppy notes without going full-on heavyweight — more agile back than bruising forward. A proper sessionable brew that keeps things flowing from first whistle to final pint.
