We’re in the middle of a 12-month leadership development journey, blending deep, immersive leadership conversations with proper, real-world experiences outdoors.

Deep honest conversations, vulnerability, challenge… it’s all thrown in the mix to make for an awesome few days away!
What makes this program work really well, is a group of people that are just willing to just lean in to every activity. ( and laugh super hard too 😂)

It works, because of the mixture between indoor reflection, and outdoor experience…

So, when you bring those two together… that’s where the real magic happen.

There’s something special that happens when a team stops… and really sees each other.

Well that’s what happened last Friday in Lancashire with an super fun, positive recruitment team Fresh Perspective Resourcing

We did lots of activities,big laughs, along side, honest reflection, marginal gains and real appreciation.

Hearing people say what they truly value about one another (often for the first time)…
That was gorgeous ❤️

As for this team, it fair to say, Beautiful group. Big hearts. Absolute pleasure.

What a brilliant way to kick off a Monday morning… hosting the Super Speaker Showcase in Birmingham.

I absolutely love this role.

Not because I get the mic… actually far from it…. but because I get a front-row seat watching brilliant people step onto the stage and share their stories.

Speaking in a room full of peers can feel pretty daunting.
So my job is simple: lift the energy, settle the nerves and create a room where speakers feel supported enough to shine.

And wow… the vibe yesterday was electric 💥❤️👊

A room full of generous, inspiring, high-energy humans cheering each other on. My kind of people. Something really special about bringing people to the stage and watching them light up the room.

Loved every minute of it. ❤️👊

🥶 Freezing cold.
🌿 Fresh air.
😄 Big smiles.

Team Academy session (led brilliantly by Adrian) was all about stepping away from desks and reconnecting as humans.

No screens.
No meeting rooms.
Just people, laughter, teamwork and a reminder of how powerful real connection can be.

How often do we actually slow down enough to truly connect with our teams?

They wrapped up warm, leaned in, and had an absolute blast.

Because strong teams aren’t built in boardrooms alone.

Here’s something I love watching unfold…

I’ve been working my way around a few Hilton hotels lately, supporting their Kick-Off sessions and getting leaders match-fit for 2026.

One big focus everywhere:
👉 How do we empower our teams to lead better?

I run a continuous improvement challenge hands-on, fast-paced and brilliantly messy, where teams work in a circle with numbers dotted around. Sometimes the numbers are close. Sometimes they’re further away. Sometimes you’ve got to dive into the middle. Every setup is different… which means there’s never a “fair” comparison.

And that’s the point.

It’s not about speed.
It’s about mindset.

It’s about:
✨ trying different approaches
✨ seeing new perspectives
✨ letting go of “this is how we’ve always done it”
✨ and realising that if you want different results… you’ve got to shift how you play.

But what I can say…

Hilton York brought incredible energy, curiosity and teamwork into the room. They leaned in, experimented, laughed, adapted, and fully embraced stretch mode.

That’s leadership in action.

This is why I love experiential learning. When people don’t just talk about change they feel it, try it, live it.

Leadership doesn’t live on slides.
It lives in moments like this.

Meanwhile, Spud’s on the bed like: “Yes. This feels right.”

This is why I love working with Hilton, it’s never just about the training, it’s about people… and clearly spud the service dog too! ❤️

Leadership, connection, hospitality done properly.

Ohhh this day was a little bit special…

Spending a full day with the team at Hilton Heathrow Terminal 4 gave me the chance to really get behind the scenes of their hotel their people, their challenges, their successes and their plans for 2026. And honestly, I left feeling pretty grateful to have been part of it 😍

The morning was all about reflecting on the last 12 months and sharing where the business is heading next real conversations, real insight, real ambition. That kind of openness hits differently.

Then boom 💥 afternoon session with me.

Given everything we’d just heard, we jumped straight into how, as leaders, you now go back and power up your people.

How you shift the dial. How you show up with intention. How you take all that strategy and turn it into action on the ground.

And of course Hilton energy, it was Honest. Engaged. Brave. leadership vibes.

Hilton Terminal 4 you rocked. Thank you for letting me into your world for the day. I loved every minute. I can’t wait to hear what magic you create next.

Loved kicking off a brand-new partnership with Coca-Cola! 😍

Being invited in to co-create a Women into Leadership programme for supply chain and manufacturing has been seriously eye-opening. When you really get under the skin of a topic you only knew small amounts on, you quickly understand why it matters and that belief shows up in the design, the delivery and the energy in the room. People buy in.

Raj and I opened with some hard-hitting gender balance stats, then moved into connection, conversation and future focus ambassadors meeting, networking, challenging thinking, identifying skill gaps and stepping into their role as champions for change.

The energy was so good there was no need for a Diet Coke break 😂 👊
And there’s something undeniably fizzy about working with The Coca-Cola Company especially at head office with people who genuinely want to move the dial.

Big energy at the London Hilton London Metropole

One of the biggest hotels I’ve ever experienced and what a privilege to be invited in for their kick-off leadership programme.
We focused on leadership, real connection and what it truly takes to shift the dial. We held up the mirror, explored potential, spotted the gaps and talked honestly about how to be stronger together.

The energy from the Metropole team was off the scale 👊 what a cracking group of people ❤️
