Friday 10:30-11:30am
🌊 Vinyasa Flow Yoga - A mindful flow routine to challenge you, build muscle, enhance focus and breath work

Friday 6-7pm
🕯️ Twilight Yin Yoga - A grounding slow practice to release tension and promote deep relaxation

Saturday 10-11am
🐇Animal Therapy Yoga - a gentle practice surrounded by some of our beloved rescue animals to help you relax, enjoy the moment and lift your mood (children welcome)

Sunday 10-11am
