Check your Horse Riding Stance 🐴🥋

A strong Horse Riding Stance starts from the ground up!

Next time you’re practising, check these key points:

✅ Feet facing forward 👉🏻 Try not to let your toes turn out.
✅ Knees bent 👉🏻 Sit down into the stance rather than standing tall.
✅ Hands in fists on your belt 👉🏻 Keep them pulled back and ready.
✅ Body upright 👉🏻 Keep your chest up and your posture strong. A good Horse Riding Stance should feel strong, balanced and stable.

🔥 PRO TIP 🔥
If your legs aren’t starting to work, you might need to bend those knees a little more!

Every belt represents more than new techniques.
It reflects the habits, character, and mindset developed along the way. Respect, focus, discipline, confidence, courage, and integrity aren't just martial arts values. They're life skills that help students succeed in school, at home, and beyond.

✔️ Mighty Matts (3–6 years) – Fun and skill-building for little ones.
✔️ Juniors (7–12 years) – Develop self-defence and leadership.
✔️ Teens & Adults (13+ years) – Boost fitness and resilience.
✔️ Family Classes – A great way to bond and grow together.
