- Join our friendly and challenging fitness class to get fit, tone up, drop weight and build muscle. All fitness levels welcome. All equipment provided.
- Each class includes a variety of exercises, including core exercises, cardio, stretching, weight training, muscle building etc.. everything you need from a work out that will propel you towards your fitness goals.

G.I.Joe’s Bootcamp ROCHESTER- now open to new attendees.
We have been running our bootcamp non stop (apart from lockdown) since 2013. It is known for being very challenging but it’s great fun for all abilities and provides noticeable fitness changes quickly.
Indoors at Borstal Village Hall till the end of April.
From May- outside on Rochester Esplanade.
