Cuxton 91 Wildcats

It was a wet one yesterday morning but that didn’t stop our wildcats 🌧️☔️

Massive congratulations to the Cuxton 91 U8 Lionesses on winning their very first trophy at the weekend! 🏆🦁⚽
What makes this achievement even more special is that the team began their journey at Wildcats, with 5 of the current players coming right through from Wildcats into the Lionesses team.
A brilliant example of the pathway from Cuxton 91 wildcats to grassroots football success as a team!
Well done to all the players, coaches, and supporters — the first trophy of many we’re sure! 👏🏆

A perfect morning for football ⚽️☀️ It was fantastic to see so many girls taking part today and, most importantly, loving every minute of playing! Great energy, smiles, teamwork and enthusiasm all round — the future is bright for girls’ football 👏

Sorry for the delay…here are our players of the week for the last 2 weeks over the Easter holidays 🏆

Last Saturday marked a special moment for our new U8’s Wildcats team as they played their very first friendly match against Cuxton 91 Cannons U7 boys!
It was fantastic to see the girls working together as a team, showing great determination and even scoring 2 brilliant goals 👏⚽️
A huge well done to all the players involved — the future is looking bright! We can’t wait to see these girls continue to grow and represent Cuxton 91 next season 🧡💙

Last week some of our wildcats were mascots for Cuxton 1991 FC men’s first team at the Gallagher Stadium. The girls had a great time training on the pitch before the game, walking out with the players and taking part in a half time penalty shoot out ⚽️

We already have a new u9’s team for the new season but we are also looking at creating new U10’s and U12’s team for the new season. So we are looking for girls currently in year’s 4, 5 and 6. Get in touch for more details.
