Something drilled into us and something I standby today.

I see it in those is respect and look up to and I see it in those I know will achieve what they set their sights on.

The standards you apply to the small things inevitably shape the outcomes in the big things.

That’s why the Royal Marines teach it.

They’re not interested in whether you’ve made your bed because a tidy bed wins wars.

They’re interested in whether you have the mindset to maintain high standards when nobody is forcing you to.

The bed is simply evidence of the underlying character.

You say you know what you need to do.

Let’s be real.

If that was really the case through, you’d be a shredded billionaire.

I can’t help you with the money part, but the shredded thing. That’s my domain.

Outstanding work from the guys

A photoshoot for many can be a vein endeavour, but from what I’ve seen and experienced it’s so much more.

For some of the guys I’ve coached it’s a great way to celebrate and mark a milestone.

For others it’s a deadline to work towards and give them greater leverage to push harder than they would otherwise.

And for some it’s just a great way of keeping in check knowing that they only sit 8-12 weeks of work away from a photoshoot.

None of these guys set out with the intention of doing a photoshoot but saw what it could bring to their lives, be that challenge or leverage. They committed and trusted the process.

A photoshoot for me is one of the best days in my coaching calendar and It’s never wasted on me that these guys put their trust I me to get them to this condition 💪🏼
