To see my friend and business partner win his first World Title last night, with an incredible performance from Mark on away soil, is nothing short of remarkable.

Massive Congratulations to Mark Chamberlain & Arron Woodcock | Professional Boxing Coach on a great performance!

I’ve had the privilege of seeing the work Arron puts in day after day, year after year. He is one of the most dedicated boxing coaches I know. His passion for the sport and his commitment to seeing every boxer not only win but continually improve and develop is second to none.

The level of detail, care, and excellence you bring to your coaching is outstanding, and this achievement is so well deserved.

I only ever see you pouring into others with your time, knowledge, and experience, always putting your fighters first. This victory is a reflection of that, and I genuinely believe it’s only the beginning of what God has in store for you.

I’m incredibly proud of everything you’ve invested to get to this moment, and I can’t wait to see you produce many more world champions.

Big love, my brother. 👊🏽💛

There’s no such thing as luck in boxing.

There are circumstances and outcomes, and both can be influenced by the work you put in, the decisions you make, and the preparation you commit to. 📈

Conditioning isn’t just about working harder ❌

A boxer’s conditioning starts with good technique. The boxing coach builds efficiency, skill, and ring IQ, while the S&C coach develops the physical qualities needed to express those skills under fatigue.

This is why communication between coaches is so important. When boxing and S&C work together, athletes get the right training at the right time and are better prepared to perform when it matters most.
