🕰️ It’s been a little while since I have posted anything on social media, but honestly I’ve not had the time to plan and post content!

🗓️ This is a post to update everyone that my July diary is full and with summer holidays approaching, August is already filling fast too…

📩 Please get in touch ASAP, if you are needing an appointment or going to be due a re-check in the next couple of months and not to leave it until last minute.

📝 I am happy booking further in advance if you want to be organised and I do have a cancellation list so please let me know if you would like to be put on the list as well as having a date in.

📣There is also another update coming on pricing, which will be effective from all appointments from September, this is purely to bring all pricing into alignment since going VAT registered at the start of the year.

🎉 Thank you all for keeping me so busy, I am incredibly grateful for the feedback and support, and fingers crossed we all survive the next few days of heat ☀️

Firstly a big thank you to all my clients who have been understanding while I had to rearrange appointments over the last few days due to a poorly toddler.

☀️Secondly… A little advance warning that I’ll be taking a week off from 22nd–28th June. My intention is to have a completely work-free week, so any messages received during that time will be replied to from Monday 29th June onwards.

🗓️ With being away, my diary is also getting very full! I’m already booking into mid/late July, and August for summer holidays so please do not leave appointments until the last minute if you’d like to secure a slot.

📩 I think I have managed to get back to all my messages so far. There are a couple to send first thing this morning but if you have sent me a message and I’ve not got back to you by lunchtime, please send another.

📣 In other news, now that I’m holding a few more items in stock, including girths, I’m hoping to expand this further to include stirrups, stirrup leathers, and other accessories. My website is currently getting a bit of a revamp to include an online shop.

It’s a slightly slow process because it’s just me doing it all (although if anyone would like to help, please shout! 😅), but there are already some items listed, including ex-demo girths, new stock, and I’m gradually adding saddles too.

📦 I will be placing another order shortly for some extra girths as a few have already sold! So if there is anything specific you would like from the Shires range, please get in touch and I can order it in for you.

📩 After a busy and long couple of days fitting this weekend, I have a backlog of messages, emails and comments to get back to… please know, I have seen them, I have picked them up I will get back to everyone tomorrow. No one wants to hear from me at 10pm on a Sunday night! 😴

We have had a fabulous time away on holiday, a much needed rest and time spent with family.

It will be all systems go tomorrow but for now I’ll be enjoying one last evening off!

🚨📣ADVANCED NOTICE📣🚨

I will be away taking a little break to spend some well needed time with my family from Friday 17th until Monday 20th April.

Messages received between these dates will not be responded to until Tuesday 21st.

I am currently working through messages at the moment and will aim to get back to messages by Thursday evening, after this work messages will be put to one side (I only have one phone for work and personal use currently, so politely they will be ignored but left unread or please save sending them until next week!).

Diary update - May dates are fast filling 🫠 and happy to start booking into June, please get booked in early and well in advance because you wonderful people are keeping me very busy!

It’s not just saddles!

I also hold stock of a selection of different brands of girths which can be bought on the day or ordered in if necessary.

🌟Tapestry Comfort Girth🌟
Available in short and long, black and brown.

The girth designed to ‘hug’ your horse, uses a sternum pad and triple elastic to give with the horses rib cage and relieve pressure. I find these work well on a variety of horses and can help with some of those prone to saddle slip.

🌟GFS Freedom Girth🌟
Available in short and long, in black, brown and Bordeaux.

Anatomically shaped, soft and supple leather with memory foam padding, with all important triple elastic on both side, a lovely design of girth for those who have a slightly more forward girth groove.

🌟GFS Ergonomic Girth🌟
Available in long length in black and brown.

Ergonomically designed to give some elbow relief but for those not needing quite such a shaped girth. Triple elastic on both sides and additional D-ring attachments.

Wintec and Arena comfort girths and stirrup leathers and webbers from GFS, Wintec, Arena and Bates.

On the subject of stirrup leathers, some of my favourites are the wide balance stirrup leathers from , I will be gradually adding a few to my stock but currently I have a pair in brown for client trials! Super soft premium calfskin, anti stretch 2” wide leathers. Let me know if you want to try!
