📝 MATCH REPORT | DUNOON 7–2 ARDEER THISTLE F.C. 2010'S
It wasn't the result we wanted today, and there's no getting away from the fact that we could have done a lot better.
We made some simple, silly mistakes in the first half and were punished for them, going into half-time 3–1 down. Those are the moments we need to learn from as a group.
The second half started scrappy, but once we got our second goal, the boys started to settle and we began to see more of the development we're working towards. There were moments where the boys showed better understanding of each other and more confidence on the ball.
That's the reality of youth football. Players come and go throughout a season, new players need time to settle, and chemistry doesn't happen overnight. We're still building those relationships on the park. As the boys get more familiar with each other, that trust and confidence will continue to grow.

Biyron held his own on the park, made some great runs and looked confident with the ball at his feet. A debut, a goal and Man of the Match is a good start! 👏
There were some fierce battles throughout the game, with plenty of commitment from both teams and yellow cards aplenty! 🟨
We know the result wasn't good enough, but development isn't always a straight line. We'll learn from the mistakes, continue building the chemistry within the squad and keep working.
