It’s 16 weeks until Christmas.

We’re kicking off a fresh strength block.

Each percentage based set is built off YOUR max lifts, not a generic program.

šŸ—“ļø Deadlift & Back → Mon/Tue.
šŸ—“ļø Bench, Legs & Skill → Wed.
šŸ—“ļø Squat & Shoulders → Fri/Sat.

Accessory work built for quality reps and full range.

Plus we’re keeping the handstand progressions rolling for anyone chasing that skill.

With Christmas only 16 weeks away.

That’s enough time to actually change how you look, move, and feel.

Not enough time to keep ā€œstarting Monday.ā€

DM ā€œSTRENGTHā€ and I’ll get you booked in for a check in and a plan built around you.

FST (Functional Strength Training).

Our main class at FORM.

The one which ticks all movement boxes throughout the programme.

This is how we think everyone should be basing their training on.

1. A main strength block with compound lifts.

2. Accessory movements which focus on each muscle group around the body.

3. An alternating cardio or mobility finisher.

You can then branch off to our other classes if you need more; cardio, core or stretching.

Turn up to our FST sessions and it’s, there in the board for you.

Coached by a PT who makes sure you’re doing everything correctly and scaling up or down if needed.

No more guessing.

Send us a message now to see if we can help you.

1ļøāƒ£ HYDRATE BEFORE, NOT JUST DURING - By the time you’re thirsty, performance is already dropping. Start drinking earlier in the day, not right before you walk in.

2ļøāƒ£ ADD ELECTROLYTES - Heavy sweat = lost sodium. Water alone won’t replace it. A pinch of salt or an electrolyte mix goes a long way.

3ļøāƒ£ SHIFT YOUR TIMING - Early morning or evening sessions = lower heat load, better output. If midday’s your only option, expect effort to feel harder for the same work. We have options for mornings and evenings.

4ļøāƒ£ EXTEND YOUR REST - Heart rate runs higher in heat even at the same intensity. Give strength sets an extra 30-60 seconds between rounds.

5ļøāƒ£ DROP THE EGO ON INTENSITY - 10-15% off your usual pace or load isn’t weakness, it’s smart training. Consistency beats one brutal, undercooked session.

Training through summer doesn’t mean grinding through it. Train smart, stay consistent.

Avoiding photos / clothes fitting tighter…

When’s the last time you actually liked a photo of yourself?

No judgment. Most people we work with felt exactly the same before they started.

Here’s the good news: it doesn’t take a year to feel different.

Our clients notice a shift in how they look and feel within the first 6 weeks.

That’s exactly how long our current trial runs.

DM TRIAL and I’ll send you the info.

Skinny fat / body composition…

You can weigh the same as you did 10 years ago and still be in worse shape than ever.

The scale doesn’t tell you the full story. Muscle to fat ratio does.

This is exactly why we use a full body composition scan with every new member.

So you know exactly where you stand, not just what the scale says.

Then, we make a plan to increase / hold on to muscle while we strip body fat.
