🥋 WHAT AN AMAZING WORKSHOP!

A brilliant turnout for Teacher Caleb’s workshop — it was fantastic to see so many of our students on the mats, learning, challenging themselves and having a great time together! 🙌

A huge thank you to Teacher Caleb for sharing his knowledge and bringing such brilliant energy to the workshop, and a special thank you to Wendy and Courtney for being part of it too!

Another fantastic example of what our Excel Family is all about — learning together, supporting each other and sharing our passion for martial arts.

🥋 DEVELOPING THE NEXT GENERATION OF LEADERS

Over the past few weeks, some of our students have been working closely with Teacher Angelo, learning what it takes to be a brilliant assistant on the mats.

From leading by example and communicating clearly, to supporting younger students, showing patience and bringing positive energy to every class — they’ve been developing skills that go far beyond martial arts. 🙌

Being an assistant isn’t just about helping teach techniques. It’s about becoming someone others can look up to, trust and learn from.

👀 Keep an eye out for these guys on the mats! You’ll start to see them putting everything they’ve learned into action, supporting our Teachers and helping other students to Excel.

We’re excited to see them grow into their new roles!

A huge CONGRATULATIONS to our Junior Teaching Team, Caitlyn, Todd & Adam, on your GCSE results! 🥳👏

And to everyone collecting results today, we hope you got the results you needed to take your next step towards college, sixth form, an apprenticeship, work, or whatever comes next for you. 💙

But remember this:

Your exam results are a snapshot in time. They are not a measure of your worth, your potential, or who you are.

Life isn’t a straight line, and success isn’t defined by a set of letters on a piece of paper. True success comes from finding peace, purpose and your own path, discovering what makes you happy, and finding your true calling in life.

Some of the most successful people in the world didn’t have a perfect academic journey. What matters is what you do next. 🌱

So celebrate your achievements, be proud of yourself, and if today didn’t go exactly as planned, your story is nowhere near finished.

Our 6 Weeks of Summer adventure continues, and this week we’re taking our students all the way to China! ✈️🌏

Throughout classes, we’ll be bringing the theme to life with martial arts, movement, games and challenges, while learning a little about the incredible culture and traditions of China.

Another week of keeping our students moving, learning, building confidence and having FUN throughout the summer holidays! 💛💙

Have you got a little one starting school, moving into Infants or Juniors, taking their next big step this September 💙💛

It’s an exciting time — but moving towards more independence can feel like a BIG step when you’re only little!

Our Ministrike Programme for ages 3–6 helps children build the confidence and life skills they can carry from the mats to the classroom:

🔫⚡ OUR NEW LASER GUNS WERE A HUGE HIT! ⚡🔫

Our new laser guns went down an absolute treat at our Summer Day Camps! 🙌 From challenges and games to plenty of action, the students had a BLAST! 💥

And the fun isn’t stopping there… 👀

We can’t wait to bring them into our awesome Ninja Parties too! 🥷🎉 More action, more challenges and even more ways to make their special day one to remember!

Harlo has been absolutely amazing in class — bringing 100% effort, listening incredibly well and showing so much respect and kindness to everyone around him. 💙💛
