It's National Fitness Day today and we couldn't help sharing this! 😆 Dancers definitely know 😆
Joking aside - pole dancing helps you push your physical boundaries and achieve amazing things with your body so this we wanted to shout about our sport! Pole Dancing is a great way to use physical activity to help keep fit and lead a healthier lifestyle - As well as being very fun in the process! It can also help social wellbeing with classes all over the country, online classes for at home pole practice and lots of discussion groups with like minded peers. 🙌

We are coming up to the last bank holiday before Christmas! 🎄 Eek! 🎄 My Dancing Pole will be closed on Monday 29th August butttt we will be back with some exciting developments, possibly new pole dancing products (shhh! 🤫 ) and getting our big coats/ fluffy pole wear out for autumn/ winter incoming! 🍁 💜
