British Karate Federation Helen becomes the silver medallist after competing against a fantastic German oppnent in the Wheelchiar User Female K30 final. A massive achievement to get to the final outpointing the two-time and current Europen Champion from Turkey in the pool rounds!

Today we celebrate English Athlete Helen Marsh and coach Sensei Luke Easton as they head onto the tatami one more time at the European Karate Championships.
The hard work has been done, the sacrifices made, and now it comes down to one final moment, gold or silver. But to us, youโll always be pure gold.
