Monir came to us feeling stuck, frustrated, and without real direction.

His nutrition wasn’t aligned with his goals and training. Training was repetitive, progress had slowed, and the guidance he needed was missing.

At 66, Steve came in struggling with strength, had a reduced mobility and shoulder pain after an injury. He had never been to a gym before and felt intimidated by the bigger gyms.

Now? Steve’s shoulder feels better, moves better, his strength is up, he feels better in himself, is eating better, and actually enjoys training 3 times a week.
