It’s not possible without your generosity 🦢

SMC are proud to sponsor various football teams in Shropshire ⚽🏆

We fully support getting kids out of the house and into the fresh air, and we are very proud to have the opportunity to sponsor the Under 8s Meresiders Mustangs!

A massive well done to the team. Keep it going!! 👏

🏆 Players of the Match Roundup 🏆

What a fantastic roundup from across our age groups! 👏⚽

We couldn’t be prouder of every single player who steps onto the pitch each week and showcases what they can do.
The effort, commitment, teamwork and individual moments of brilliance continue to shine through week after week.

A huge well done to all our Players of the Match thoroughly deserved! 🌟 🦢

⚽ PROUD TO SUPPORT GRASSROOTS FOOTBALL ⚽

At Halfway House Garages, being a local business means more to us than simply working in the local area — we believe in supporting the community around us too.

That’s why we’re delighted to be sponsoring Mereside Magics and helping to support the next generation of local footballers. ⚽

Grassroots football plays such an important role in our communities. It gives children the opportunity to be active, make friends, learn about teamwork and commitment, build confidence and, most importantly, enjoy playing the game.

None of it happens without the dedication of volunteer coaches, parents and everyone else who gives up their time week after week to keep grassroots clubs running.

For businesses like ours, sponsorship is a small way of helping those clubs continue to provide those opportunities for local children.

We’re incredibly proud to see the HHG badge on the shirts and even prouder to be supporting a local team.

From everyone at Halfway House Garages — good luck to Mereside Magics for the season ahead! ⚽

Local business supporting local people.
Halfway House Garages — proud to be part of our community.

⚽️🏆 What a weekend for the Meresiders Missiles! 🚀

The boys were at the STFC U9s Tournament on Saturday and what a performance it was finishing runners up! 🥈👏

And if you watched the Northampton Town game, you might have spotted the team out on flag bearing duties! 🦁

What an experience for the boys and another brilliant memory for them to share together. They represented the team brilliantly both on and off the pitch.

Well done, Meresiders Missiles! 💪⚽️🔥 🚀

A huge thank you to Rutland Electrical for their incredibly generous sponsorship and for providing the Meteors with their brand new kit! 🦢⚡️

It means so much to see these kids looking and feeling the part when they step onto the pitch. 🙌

Without local companies like Rutland Electrical getting behind grassroots football and being so generous, moments like this simply wouldn’t be possible. Your support gives these young players a real sense of pride, belonging and confidence and we can’t thank you enough.
