Well “𝗨𝘀 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀” still need motivation from somewhere. There are days when we are tired when we have been training clients all day and then to train ourselves can be hard.
I get my motivation from 𝑴𝒚 𝑪𝒉𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒓𝒆𝒏
Being a mother to 3 great children 13, 4 and 8 months old and seeing them look up to me being a strong force for them, seeing them grow up to being amazing.

❗️Menopause usually starts between the ages of 45-55 but in some cases can start as early as 35-
Why is fitness important during menopause❓
✅Exercise during and after menopause offers many benefits, including:
* Preventing weight gain. Women tend to lose muscle mass and gain abdominal fat around menopause. Regular physical activity can help prevent weight gain.
* Reducing the risk of cancer. Exercise during and after menopause can help you lose excess weight or maintain a healthy weight, which might offer protection from various types of cancer, including breast, colon and endometrial cancer.
* Strengthening your bones. Exercise can slow bone loss after menopause, which lowers the risk of fractures and osteoporosis.
* Reducing the risk of other diseases. Menopause weight gain can have serious implications for your health. Excess weight increases the risk of heart disease and type 2 diabetes. Regular exercise can counter these risks.
* Boosting your mood. Physically active adults have a lower risk of depression and cognitive decline.

🔹Because osteoporosis risk skyrockets following menopause (estrogen is needed to help lay down bone), strength training is especially vital. Strength training exercises will help to build bone and muscle strength, burn body fat, and rev up your metabolism.
🔹At home, opt for dumbbells and resistance tubing. In the gym, choose from weight machines or free weights. Select a level that is heavy enough to tax your muscles in 12 repetitions and progress from there.
🤩Yoga and meditation 🧘🏼♀️
🔹As no two women experience menopause in the same way, your unique symptoms will tailor your approach to relief. Practice a relaxation technique that works for you — whether it’s deep breathing, yoga, or meditation.
Supported and restorative yoga poses may offer some relief. These poses may help calm your nerves by centering your mind. They can also help alleviate symptoms such as:
