This low-rigged aerial hoop class focuses on controlled movement, smooth transitions, and building confidence. With the hoop set close to the ground, you’ll combine simple aerial shapes with floor work to create fluid, connected sequences.
This class is suitable for all levels. Heels 👠 are recommended but not required.
