Sunday Sparring sessions 11-12. £5 a session. Sparring ran all controlled and safe ran by qualified coach- sparring is always optional if you don’t want to spar we will help you with safe sparring free drills.

Morning classes 6.30-7.30am every Tuesday. Sessions for All levels ability and everyone is welcome.£5 per session. Shower facilities available if you need to go straight to work after.

Umar boxed brilliantly and won his final via unanimous decision that’s 2/5 keep going boys!!
