This week two of our teams were rewarded for their efforts at the end of season TJFA awards night!

——

Firstly, our U12 Yellows… 🟡🦅

11 wins from 18 league games, alongside 3 draws and 4 losses saw our U12 Yellows secure the U12 - Division 6 title, with 36 points.

——

Secondly, our U14 Yellows… 🟡🦅

Back to back league wins for our U14 Yellows, with a staggering record to boot.

14 wins from 16 league games, scoring 70 and only conceding 15 along the way, saw them secure the league title with 3 games to spare.

A big well done to the coaches, players and anyone associated with both of these teams! 🏆

We are currently looking to recruit players for the 26/27 season in the following age groups:

- U8s (Year 3)

-U11s (Year 6)

Both of the above groups are currently in the process of being set up, with training ongoing across previous weeks/months.

Each of the teams will be brand new for the 26/27 season, so no prior playing experience is needed - just a willingness to learn and make new friends.

Heading into the 26/27 season, we have an exciting opportunity to join our newly formed U11 Boys team.

The group are newly formed but have coaches in place who are driven to help their players build a long lasting love for the game.

No prior playing experience is needed, just a willingness to learn, have fun and build long lasting friendships through sport.

Girls Manager/Coach WANTED!!!

We are still on the hunt for a new coaching team for our U14 Girls next season!

Although this is a volunteering opportunity, we pride ourselves on offering consistent opportunities for coach development, via our links with Durham FA.

URLAY NOOK - IMPORTANT INFORMATION (ROADWORKS)👷🚧

There is going to be MAJOR roadworks in place in and around our Urlay Nook venue, all the way through to 2027.

Contractors are in the process of doing some work to fix problems with the level crossing, and this could course delays.

We strongly advise, to avoid any issues, that you park in our overflow car park at the Great North Air Ambulance compound. From here, the Urlay Nook pitches are only a two minute walk away.

Secondly, we also advise, where possible, to travel in from Long Newton direction, rather than Yarm. This should help reduce any waiting times on your way to our Urlay Nook venue.
