Unfortunately, I won’t be able to fight tomorrow due to a medical issue.

As you can imagine, I’m absolutely gutted. I’ve put everything into this camp, and there was nothing more I wanted than to fight in front of my home crowd.

Unfortunately, some things are simply out of your hands. Everything happens for a reason, and I’m looking forward to stepping back into the ring on the rescheduled date, which will be announced very soon.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, bought tickets and backed me throughout this journey. I really do appreciate it.

For anyone who has purchased tickets, they can either be transferred to the new date or refunded if preferred. I completely understand everyone’s disappointment, and all ticket transfers and refunds will be organised next week.

Next Saturday I’ll be fighting for the Commonwealth Light Heavyweight Title at Kings Hall.

This is the biggest opportunity of my career so far, and one I’m proud to have earned. The Commonwealth Title is a huge one in boxing, but for me it’s another step towards where I want to get to in this sport.

It’s also another opportunity to be part of boxing history here in Stoke-on-Trent. Fighting for a Commonwealth title in my hometown at Kings Hall is something I’m proud of, and I’m looking forward to putting on a performance in front of the home crowd.
