Parents and carers - when you book, please make sure the important bits are filled in properly.
Allergies. Medical details. SEND information. Swimming ability if there is a swim trip. Who can collect your child.
It helps us keep children safe and make the day work properly for them. A small detail on a form can make a big difference on the day.
HAF camps start Thursday 23 July.

Sport at our camps is not about picking the best players and leaving everyone else standing around.
It is about moving, laughing, trying, learning to be part of a team and having a go.
There will be competitive moments because children love that, but no child needs to arrive as an expert. They just need to bring themselves, a drink bottle and a willingness to try.
Summer HAF starts Thursday 23 July.

Just a reminder for parents and carers: HAF places are not unlimited.
If your child receives benefits-related free school meals and you would like them to join us this summer, please book as early as you can.
We would much rather help families get sorted now than have parents messaging the night before asking if there is still room.
Sport, crafts, food, swimming trips and other activities.
Starts Thursday 23 July.

The trip days are usually the ones children talk about first.
This summer our HAF camps include swimming trips and other trips in selected areas. We will send parents the details they need before the day, including what children need to bring.
These days are brilliant for confidence - especially for children who do not always get many chances to go out and do something different in the holidays.
Camps start Thursday 23 July.
FREE places for children on benefits-related free school meals.

Food is a big part of HAF, and we do not treat it like an afterthought.
Children will get food during the day, but we also try to make food normal, positive and part of the fun - trying new things, talking about what keeps us going, and making sure no one is trying to do a full day of activities on an empty stomach.
Sport, crafts, food and trips - all part of our summer HAF programme starting Thursday 23 July.
FREE funded places for children on benefits-related free school meals.

One thing we always tell parents: your child does not have to be 'sporty' to enjoy our HAF camp.
Yes, we do loads of sport. But we also do crafts, food activities, team challenges, quieter games and trips.
Some children run straight into the football. Some need ten minutes to settle. Some would rather make something before joining in. That is fine. We work with the child in front of us.
FREE HAF places start from Thursday 23 July for children on benefits-related free school meals.

A day at HAF is never one thing.
It might start with a big team game, then a craft activity, then lunch, then a quieter challenge, then back outside for more sport. On some days we will also have swimming trips and other trips out.
The aim is simple: children leave tired, fed, happy and with something to tell you about when they get home.
FREE places are available for children on benefits-related free school meals.
Camps start Thursday 23 July.

Somerset parents - Summer HAF places are now the thing to sort, not the thing to leave until the last week.
Our Pro-Coaching camps start inJuly, with FREE funded places for children who receive benefits-related free school meals.
Sport, crafts, food, swimming trips and other activities are all part of the programme. Children do not need to be confident at sport before they come - that is our job to help with.
