This is why we do what we do. 💛 As a mum of two boys (nearly 4 and 2), I know how much thought goes into choosing a weekly class — you want somewhere they'll genuinely enjoy going. What's amazing is that while they're having fun, so much more is happening underneath. Play is how kids build coordination, confidence and social skills — all at once, without it ever feeling like "learning." That's why our little athletes come home practicing what they've picked up, without even realising they're doing it. Keep showing up. Move with joy. Play leads to passion — and passion turns into habits that stick. It's not just a 45-minute class. It's the foundation for athletes for life. 🌱

This week, our coaches are becoming sharks 🦈, our athletes are on a mission to save the sea (and all the fish!), and our sessions are absolutely shoal-ed with adventure... 😉🐟

We'll be diving into imaginative games, exciting challenges and plenty of active fun as we explore the ocean together. It's the perfect week for little adventurers who love to run, play and let their imaginations take over!

We are SO excited for this one 🎉 It’s our first ever collaboration with Little Farmers, and trust us — you won’t want to miss it!

We’ll kick things off by waking up our speedy-yet-sleepy mascot, Gogo 😴 Then it’s an ocean adventure — saving fish from a sneaky shark! 🦈 Next, we’ll explore incredible ocean creatures, before casting off on a fishing mission 🎣

Every little athlete gets their moment to shine ✨ A podium moment, a sticker, and big cheers from their friends! 🏅

💙 National School Sports Week 💙

What a brilliant morning we had at Sandcastles today! ☀️📮

With the warm weather, we started a little earlier than usual, and their lovely shady outdoor space, paired with a gentle breeze, made the perfect setting for our mini athletes to enjoy today’s Post People adventure.

Every single week these children are magnificent, and I’m pretty sure the neighbours can vouch for the pure excitement and joy that fills the air when it’s time to wake Gogo up! 😂💙

Today was no exception. The children made the most fantastic post people, delivering letters, dodging the guard dog and throwing themselves into every challenge with huge smiles, boundless energy and lots of laughter. 🐶📦

Days like today are exactly what National School Sports Week is all about—giving children the chance to move, play, build confidence and discover just how much fun being active can be.

We’ll be back at Sandcastles next week for our end-of-term session, and I already can’t wait. If today was anything to go by, it’s going to be a GREAT one! 💙
