Well known Shropshire racer Vince Evans restored and raced his dads bike at our tt last night, the very same bike was racing the wrekinsport tt in the mid 70s with dad pushing those pedals, when it's in the blood it's in the blood. ❤️🚴♂️

Our club tt tomorrow evening 5/08/26 is on waters Upton to Hodnet and return course, you can race 4up, 2up, or solo. Normal hq, Eyton Village hall, from 5.30, race 7pm cheers dave.

Wrekinsport Racing teams and club riders at the 4up ttt today. Thanks all who marshalled and officials Jenny York, Dave York, Fletch. Our fast team did a 1.07 for the 50k. With a slight mishap, recover quickly Paul Edwards. 18 teams of lovely people. 💪🚴♂️❤️🏁. Dave Moore.
Ebike + club rides +wrekinsport.
No issues with e bikes on our club rides, as long as they are legal (restricted to 15mph with power)
And you ride with the group pace. B group ave around 15, C group 12-14 , A is 18+ which is still doable on an ebike that has very little drag on the cranks once power is off. I can see more wanting to get involved with Ebikes and club rides in the coming years. Me included when I'm a bit older (not much)

Next club tt 29/07/26 is a chance to try out a 4up ttt on the waters Upton course, race starts 7pm. Normal hq 5.30pm, Eyton Village Hall. Solos aloud after 4up teams.
Get a team together road bike or tt bike, come and join the fun.
