to attend, you need to turn up on your first visit 15-20 minutes early to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire and attend a brief assessment interview with the Physical Activity Coordinator. PLEASE NOTE: if you have a serious medical condition then, for your safety, the coordinator will assess this and, in some cases, may be obliged to decline your request to join our club. If you don't turn up early, the Physical Activity Coordinator, a highly-qualified gym-fitness trainer and T&W Council employee, will not have sufficient time to assess you and could refuse you entry to that session. If you have any doubts about your fitness, they can put you in contact with a qualified Physical Activity Coordinator to conduct your assessment BEFORE you turn up expecting to attend a session.
