Magic.” ✨

Sometimes, all a young player needs is someone to believe in them. Her first time playing in a football environment and look what happens when confidence meets encouragement.

At NextGen, we love working with technically gifted players and seeing them push the limits of what they can do. But there’s something equally special about watching a player master the basics for the very first time.

That moment when the movement finally clicks. When they execute a skill they’ve been struggling with. When their eyes light up because they’ve just realised, “I can actually do this.”

That’s coaching at its best. Not just developing the player, but building the belief that allows them to keep learning, keep trying and keep improving.

Because sometimes the biggest breakthrough isn’t the skill itself , it’s the confidence that comes with mastering it. ⚽️🖤

POV: You’re a football coach inspiring the next generation of girls to back themselves not prove themselves 💫

NextGen Ballers vs Wolves Girls Academy 🖤🐺

A fantastic test, incredible effort and a brilliant day of football filled with learning and memories.

A special mention to our girls who played up an age group today. Half of our squad are Under 9s who stepped up to compete against an Under 10s academy side. They showed incredible bravery, determination and should be proud of their performance. We also competed brilliantly against their U11s 💫

Proud of the way all of the girls represented NextGen Ballers with teamwork, passion and respect both on and off the pitch.

A huge thank you to Jack for the invitation 👏

Another valuable experience on our journey. On to the next challenge! 🚀

Meet the newest member of the NextGen Ballers coaching team… Hattie! ⚽🖤

You may have already spotted Hattie at our sessions recently or seen her absolutely smashing it at our summer camp, but it’s time for a proper introduction!

We’re incredibly proud to welcome our first female coach to represent NextGen Ballers – a real trailblazer for the next generation of girls in football.

Hattie grew up playing the game, progressing through the academy pathways at Shrewsbury Town before moving on to West Bromwich Albion. Alongside her playing experience, she has a strong background in sports coaching and education, bringing a wealth of knowledge, passion and expertise to the team.

Hattie will be leading our Girls Only sessions alongside Head Coach Dan, helping inspire, develop and support the next generation of female footballers.

If you haven’t had the chance to meet her yet, make sure you come and say hello – she’s already loving life at NextGen, and we’re delighted to have her on board! 🖤⚽

Please join us in giving Hattie a huge NextGen welcome! 👏🔥
