A massive three points on the road! 💙⚽️
Going into yesterday’s game, we knew the condition of the pitch was going to play a huge part. We gave the lads a clear game plan beforehand — keep it simple, adapt to the conditions, compete for everything and play to our strengths.
And they absolutely nailed it. 👏
From the first whistle to the last, every single player was brilliant. The work rate, discipline, communication and togetherness were exactly what we asked for.
⚽ 6’ — Marcus Dowman
A fantastic start as Marcus finished to give us the lead, with Daniel Youngman providing the assist.
From there, the lads showed tremendous character. Milton pushed, but we defended brilliantly, worked hard for each other and refused to give them a way back into the game.

A special mention to Alantas Ardavicius, who was deservedly named Player of the Match — but honestly, today was a proper TEAM performance. 👏
Every player who stepped onto that pitch played their part, including those who came off the bench.
The game plan was set. The lads delivered.
