🌟 STAFF APPRECIATION POST 🌟

In February, Angel stepped into our Youth Lead role, and what a journey it has been already! Since taking on the position, she has completely elevated our youth clubs, making sure every session is packed with exciting activities that reflect what our young people want, need, and enjoy.

Her passion, dedication, and commitment to creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for all young people shines through in everything she does. She listens, responds to their needs, and works tirelessly to ensure every young person feels valued and supported. 💙

And her hard work is clearly paying off — our youth clubs are busier than ever, with young people flocking to sessions and getting involved in all the amazing opportunities on offer!

As if that wasn't enough, yesterday we received the fantastic news that Angel has successfully secured her very first funding award from Torbay Communities 🎉 This is a huge milestone and an incredible achievement. It was Angel's first time applying for funding, and she absolutely smashed it!

She already has some exciting plans for how the funding will be used to benefit our young people, and we can't wait to share more details with you soon... so watch this space! 👀

For now, please join us in celebrating and showing some love for our wonderful Angel. We're incredibly proud of everything she's achieved and so excited to see what's next! ❤️👏

A huge Thankyou to everyone who came along and supported our family fun day fundraiser yesterday! We had a fantastic turnout and it was great to see so many families, friends, volunteers and local businesses coming to support us and Barton Athletic Youth FC. Your support, donations and community spirit mean so much to us all. We hope everyone had as much fun as we did!! ⭐️

Massive thankyou to Mane Events, Lily's sweet shop and Stacey Gouldthorpe from Barton athletic for providing the bouncy castles and brilliant stalls that everyone absolutely loved! And a big thankyou to everyone who donated towards our raffle prizes including Watcombe Chippy, Babbacombe Theatre and many more!
