No judgement, no pressure, no expectations- just 45 minutes of fitness fun with a great group of people! 🥳
You don’t need to be a dancer, you don’t need to have awesome coordination, it’s about coming together to move our bodies to great tunes and ultimately have some fun!! The key is consistency!
