A massive thank you to everyone from Tribe Games last sunday 🎉🎉

Tribe Games had always been in memory of mum and this year was made even more special by having Mia dance with the NJDANCE crew

One of those moments for me that makes all the hard work worthwhile

So a massive thank you to all the people that signed up and supported Tribe games

And also Roc And Box and Reset by Hannah Sports & Deep Tissue Therapies for donating some of their money taken through the day 💜

Cat has put in some serious hard work to get ready for the games, knowing what she struggled with last year, this year she really worked hard on her weaker areas and embrace some pretty tough sessions.... that I'm sure she mostly enjoyed 🤣🤣

Cat has grown in strength and stamina as expected, but for us the biggest change has been seeing her confidence absolutely sky rocket. Pushing herself in all sessions and even doing sessions with other gyms whilst on holiday too 🎉🎉

A massive well done Cat, those db snatches and sandbag will never trouble you again 🤣🎉🎉

What a day, a massive thank you to absolutely everyone that came along.

Judges for being with athletes every step of the way and all the people that helped setting up and moving kit 💪

We will get out photos, officially scores out and our final fundraise total raised for Dorothy House too during the week.

In 2024, I walked into Tribe PT academy as someone who just liked to keep fit, hoping I'd know enough to train to become a PT. Fast forward 2 years, and I'm back with a pretty huge upgrade to PT and coach!

Although I still have alot to learn, I can't thank Dean enough for giving me this opportunity and trusting in my ability to learn as I go as a new PT. Dean is the most encouraging and supportive person you could ever wish for when starting something new.

Massive thank you to all the other coaches for being so welcoming. A special shout-out has to go to Si for always being on hand to help and for his constant reassurance!
