Lynda always has an incredible work ethic and always wants to put her best foot forward, but the last 6 months she has really knuckled down and push herself hard to get herself ready fo 2 events events last month 💪

Completing hyrox Cardiff with Lou and Deadly Dozen in Cardiff with daughter Jess 💪

You really pushed yourself out of your comfort zone, for Hyrox especially. I know how hard you worked overcoming your own head and injuries to get to the start line.

But you dug in, put yourself out there and did yourself and all of us proud 🎉👏

A nice change of event for me last saturday taking on .dozen Cardiff and a pleasure to do it with the team aswell 💪

It was a hot day in Cardiff for sure 🥵
Another shot at solos for me and then took on the deadly mile
400m lunges
400m burpee broad jumps
400m bear crawls
400m run
1600m of regret 😂

Definitely one of my favourite fitness events (the nor.al race, not the mile 😂) and will definitely be back with a big team for another event 💪
