If you haven’t heard about Reformer Pilates yet, you are in for a treat. Reformer is a great way to build strength, improve flexibility and work on your core and is a fantastic addition to your fitness routine. 💪🏼

Make a plan and do your best to stick to it. 2-3 work outs each week will make a huge difference which you will feel.

Our classes are designed around you so whether you prefer an instructor led class or choose a time that suits you, our classes are ready when you are.

Classes are included in your membership or you can pay as you go for classes if you don’t have a membership.

September doesn't need to mean “new month, new me.” 👀

You don't need a punishing workout plan, a restrictive diet or a complete lifestyle overhaul.
You just need a few simple goals that you can actually stick to.

So this September, we're taking the hard work out of your goals 👇

🏃‍♀️ Move twice a week — a walk counts! Or come and do two of our 30-minute sessions. That's roughly the same time as scrolling on your phone… 😉

💧 Drink water every day.
Keep a bottle nearby and make it easy.

😴 Prioritise your sleep.
Your body needs recovery just as much as it needs exercise.

🥗 Make one small food choice each day.
More protein, an extra portion of veg, a piece of fruit, it all counts.

🧠 Don't chase perfection.
Consistency beats an all or nothing approach every time.

That's your September plan.
Simple. Realistic. Doable.

One last long weekend before we head into September… and what better time to get your head back in the game? 💪

Enjoy the Bank Holiday, make the most of the extra time, have the BBQ and enjoy yourself, balance is what it’s all about! 🙌

Then, as September rolls around, it’s time to refocus, reset and get moving again. 🔥

September is the perfect time to start.

No waiting for January. No “I’ll start next week.”

Don’t try to change everything all at once. Sometimes things don’t go to plan and that’s ok but if you plan to start the week well, your body and mind are already half way there.
