CALLING ALL WOMEN, itâs time to start thinking differently about weight training.
This is the evidence to prove weight lifting DOES not make you âbulkyâ but instead leaves you in a far more superior position when it comes to body composition, muscle to fat ratio, aesthetics, leanness, strength and future risk of sarcopenia (muscle wastage) and osteoporosis (bone density reduction).
Some of the secondary effects to these conditions are inflammation, metabolic crashes, fractures, falls and far increased risk of weight gain.

Summer is around the corner, and of you would like to improve how you look, itâs time.
We know training isnât all about what the mirror says. We are very big on health, performance, moving away from pain and generally being able to enjoy exercise for the endless health benefits.
But weâd be lying if all of our clients didnât say they also felt better when they improved their physique.
We would all take it wouldnât we?
