Unwind & Reset: A Restorative Pilates Experience 🤍
I’m so excited to be hosting two small-group wellness evenings designed to help you properly switch off at the end of the week.
We’ll begin with a gentle Pilates and barre-inspired class, followed by a short break with refreshments. From there, we’ll move into a guided nervous system reset session, including breathwork, somatic movement and a facial lymphatic massage, before finishing with a deeply relaxing guided meditation.
This is your time to slow down, reset and take a moment for yourself.
