Part. - We’d like to tell you all our story….

A story of the struggles - the blood, sweat and tears that have gone in to making CGC.

Coach.
Demolish.
Clean.
Build.
Repeat.

So when you walk into this gym today, look a little closer.

Behind those walls are endless hours of work and battles most people will never know .

And behind this gym are two women who refused to give up — on their dream, on each other, or on their gymnasts.

Part 2

DAMP. MOULD. WATER DAMAGE. AND A WHOLE LOT OF FIGHT. 👊🏼

Behind the scenes, our gym has been through more than most people realise.

Water damage. Damp. Mould. Repairs. Setbacks. Stress. And plenty of moments where we wondered what else could possibly be thrown at us.

But we kept going.

We adapted. We cleaned up. We fought through it. We showed up for our members and for each other — even when things felt completely overwhelming.

Because this gym has never just been four walls. It’s our people, our community and everything we’ve built together. ❤️

It hasn’t been easy. Far from it. But we’re still here. Still fighting. Still moving forward.

And we’re incredibly proud of that. 🥹💪

It’s been so lovely having the gym busy again and seeing everyone back doing what they love! 🤸‍♀️✨

A huge welcome to all of our new faces too! We hope everyone who joined us for a trial session had lots of fun, made some new friends and enjoyed their time in the gym. 💕

We’re already looking forward to seeing you all again next week for even more fun, friendship and fitness! 🌟

We hope you all had a fantastic time trying out some gymnastics, meeting our amazing coaches and getting a feel for what CGC is all about.

It was so lovely to see the gym filled with happy children having fun, learning new skills, making new friends and enjoying gymnastics!

We’re incredibly excited about this next chapter for CGC and would love for you and your children to be part of our growing CGC family.

We hope to see lots of you back in the gym very soon and look forward to welcoming plenty of new faces to CGC!
