What a beautiful evening for our Runwize Ladies social run taking in the River Thames and parts of the Ridgeway 😍

Congratulations to all our runners who raced at the weekend and to those that got PB’s! We are very proud of you! 👏🏼

Next Tuesday is my “Running Hen” Ladies social run in preparation for my wedding on Saturday 30th May…if you are coming along the request is that you wear black and you are invited to hydrate afterwards in 🥂

🌿 Walled Gardens of Wallingford tickets are now available! 🌿

We are delighted to be back at the Walled Gardens of Wallingford this year. If you would like to view the gardens including 6 new ones you must purchase tickets in advance as you will not be able to buy them on the day. You can do this online using the link below or in person at Root One, KP Wallingford or the Corn Exchange Wallingford.

If you buy tickets in person you will be given a wristband that you must wear on the day. If you purchase tickets online you will be sent a QR code by email. These QR codes must be exchanged for a wristband at one of three hubs which will be open from 11.30am on the day of the event, in time for the gardens opening at 1pm. No entry to the gardens will be permitted without these wristbands.

Great recovery run after Goring Gap! 🙏🏻

I had a fabulous weekend running festival…running 50 miles on Saturday and cheering on friends taking part in the Half Marathon and 52k today 🥳

We had a great Runwize Ladies run this evening taking in parts of the Thames Path and the Ridgeway 👊🏼

It was great to have Nic join us 👋🏼
