Support is needed for four young fighters from Psycho Monkeys Thai Boxing in Warrington as they prepare for the WFC Open World Championships 2026 in Hungary. These fighters have worked incredibly hard, showing real discipline and determination to represent their club and union on this international stage.

⭐ Most people don’t need a new workout.

🔥 A strong core isn’t about six-pack abs.

It’s about being able to produce force, transfer force, and resist unwanted movement.

If your core can’t do that, everything else suffers:
✅ Your squat and deadlift leak power
✅ Your running mechanics break down
✅ Your shoulders and hips take the hit
✅ Your lower back ends up doing a job it wasn’t designed for

When we coach “core” at Kiwi Coaching, we’re training resilience.
That means building strength in:
• Anti-extension (stop your ribs flaring and lower back arching)
• Anti-rotation (control twisting under load)
• Anti-lateral flexion (stay solid when weight tries to fold you)

One of our go-to builders: ab rollouts.
Done properly, they teach you to brace, breathe, and keep position under tension.

💪 Olympic Rings: One of the best tools for building real-world strength.

Ring dips aren’t just a “harder dip”. They demand strength + control + stability, because the rings move and your body has to earn every rep.

Why I love ring dips for strength:
✅ Brutal triceps + chest stimulus
✅ Shoulder stability and control (if you earn the range)
✅ Massive core demand because you have to stop the rings from drifting
✅ Teaches you to create full-body tension, not just “push”

A strong ring dip is built on the basics:
1) Support hold first (rings turned out, ribs down)
2) Controlled negatives (3–5 seconds)
3) Full range only if your shoulders stay happy

If you want to try them, start simple:
• 3–5 sets of 3–6 reps
• Rest 2–3 minutes
• Keep the rings close, elbows tracking back
