"Karate is not just about punches, kicks, or winning fights. It is a lifelong journey of self-discipline, respect, perseverance, and personal growth. Every drop of sweat, every bruise, and every challenge faced on the dojo floor builds not only a stronger body, but also a stronger character. True karateka understand that real strength is not measured by how many opponents you can defeat, but by how many times you can rise after falling. Train with humility, fight with honor, and live with integrity. Stay humble in victory, remain dignified in defeat, and never stop improving yourself. The black belt is not the end of the journey—it is only the beginning. Through dedication, patience, and an indomitable spirit, a karateka learns that the greatest battle is not against others, but against one's own weaknesses. Train hard, stay focused, and never give up, because the spirit of a true warrior never fades."

Dolph Lundgren began his martial arts journey as a child in Sweden. At around age seven, he started training in Judo and later studied Goju-Ryu Karate. As a teenager, he discovered Kyokushin Karate and devoted himself to its demanding full-contact training. His dedication paid off as he became a multiple-time champion, captained Sweden's Kyokushin team, and earned a 4th dan black belt. Along the way, he also trained in Boxing and Kickboxing to improve his striking skills. While studying and traveling internationally, he briefly explored Taekwondo and later spent some time learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Although he has experience in several martial arts, Kyokushin Karate remains the foundation of his fighting ability and the style most responsible for his reputation as one of Hollywood's most authentic martial arts action stars.
