A steady 6K this morning, with the temperatures definitely dropping 🍂 Long sleeves are officially back!

We finished the morning the best way we know how - with some well-earned brews at Bonbon coffee | Warrington ☕️

And a huge well done to everyone who raced this weekend! 🏅🙌

Incredible effort from Team ATLAS at the Warrington Half today! A huge well done to everyone who took on the course — it’s definitely not an easy one! 💪🏼

We hope everyone who raced is now enjoying a well-earned evening with your feet up!

Also a huge shoutout to the Solace Backyard Ultra champ himself Steven Williams, who backed up his win with an incredible 29 yards! 🏆

Good turnout, decent pace, and Mark once again looking like he’s being held for ransom and forced to attend against his will.

We promise he actually enjoys it.

No Sunday run this week with it being the Warrington Half Marathon weekend! Good luck to everyone who’s signed on! We know you’ll smash it🫡
