Thank you all for your patience and understanding this week.

As you know, after discussion in our whatsapp group we decided to cancel our Wednesday and Thursday sessions due to the heatwave, but you all smashed it on Monday!

Thrilled to see Monday and Wednesday are fully booked next week, we still have spaces for Thursday's lunchtime session.

Watch this space for news on a possible new hall for Mondays - with space for more people 😀

Due to demand, I'm thrilled to say we have added a 3rd weekly Dumbbell Dancing session!!!

Our Thursday lunchtime session may particularly suit those with younger children as it is during school hours 😁
