Thursday 13th August - Reduced Opening Hours

Due to the high temperatures forecast and Amber Weather Alert we will be open 11am to 3pm on Thursday.

This is to reduce the time our staff (and engines!) spend outside in the high temperatures.

We will update here if there are any changes on the day.

The summer holidays continue and so do the train rides!

We are open every day 11am-5pm 🚂

With the hot weather also continuing, please remember to stay hydrated, wear a hat, use suncream and take regular breaks in the shade when you're out (especially at the park!) A train ride is a great opportunity for that break, we have shade on the platform and on the ride! Plus the bonus of a nice breeze while you're going round 😎

Beverly is taking a quick break from driving and wanted to remind you that trains are running every day 11am-5pm in August 🚂 Billy is in the yard doing jobs only a bear can do 😎🐻

She'd also like to show you the chalkboards that you'll find at the platform gates! Please do follow the guidance on them, as this will get you on the train and the train departing as quickly as possible 🚶‍♂️
