Important message to parents!

Catch-up lessons!

Just to explain that catch up lessons are not Guaranteed in anyway and you can only book a catch up lesson if there is a slot available and at the level your child’s normal lesson is. If there isn’t a slot available at your child’s level then it isn’t possible to book a catch up lesson. This is how it works and all catch up lessons have to be booked through your parent portal, all the available slots that are available show on the portal there isn’t any other slots. So please book these through your portal your self so the office staff and Iain can get on with all the work that goes on in the back ground.

If your child is going to be off please make sure you go onto your portal and book them has absent, this way if everyone doesn’t this it will make more slots available for catch up lessons.

We ask that everyone be mind full of the amount of time their child doesn’t attend their lesson, only this will affect their swim progression has well. I just want to make you all aware that our swim lessons are in high demand so you may find it hard to book a catch up lesson from September only we are very full.

Late fee payments!

Your fee payment Is what holds you slot, if you haven’t paid for July yet l want to make you aware that your slot will be offered to another child if payment hasn’t been received!

We have had and still have a number of late fee payments, we ask everyone that still has an outstanding balance for July to clear this asap. Going forward can we ask that everyone make the payment on time only again this is causing a large amount of work having to chase people to make their fee payments.

Please make sure if you have outstanding fee’s these are brought up to date before lessons finish this term, this term finishes at the end of next week.

Message to parents, if your child missed badge test week. We will be choosing a week when we return in September, so your child can be tested for their badge. Badges will be issue normally the week after they have been tested. ❤️
