💚 IMPORTANT BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE 💙
We understand that plans can change, but last-minute cancellations have a big impact on our sessions and availability.
Please remember that all bookings are non-refundable.
✅ Can't make your session? No problem!
You can transfer your ticket to another available session up to 12 hours before your booking.
It's quick and easy:
Go to your booking confirmation.
Click ‘Manage My Booking’.
Select another available session.
❌ Cancellations within 12 hours, missed sessions and non-attendance will not be refunded or credited.
We kindly ask everyone to manage their bookings in advance. This helps us keep our sessions running smoothly and places available for others.
