Attending the UKBFF Cumbrian Classic with my son got the itch back. 🏆
After a few years of battling injury setbacks, seeing the incredible show and the team put on made it clear, the time for a comeback is now
This time I’m creating a sensible 12 month roadmap to get back on that stage, instead of a decision 3 month out, to hopefully see me injury free 🤞
This time, I’m eligible for the Over 40s so what better way to begin them than doing what you enjoy

Between rotating shifts, school runs, rugby coaching, and trying to maintain a social life without forgetting what friends look like…. 🤪
Craig used to think eating well meant sacrificing his life to a mountain of Tupperware.
Spoiler, it doesn’t.
He had to find a method that bent his chaotic schedule, not the other way around.
Now, no matter if he’s on early, lates, or running the touchlines, the food situation is sorted.
It’s not about being perfect, it’s about making the chaos work for you.

So months of uncertainty
Feeling like s**t
Acting like s**t
No motivation or drive
Letting family and friends down and hiding from it
Social anxiety, what even is that I’d ask?
But it’s horrendous
Never thought that I would be the one with low Testosterone
I’d Argue that it’s not what’s affecting me
But here we are, still a bit surreal but here’s the thing
Look after yourself as that’s your job, nobody else’s
Knowing the issue is the start, dealing with it comes next
Have I got this figured?
Absolutely not
Do I feel better?
Not physically but, mentally with a plan, maybe!
So what I’m saying is
Men’s Health is a thing, as is women’s.
Let’s back each other and become better stronger together
The glorious, sun-drenched summer paradise we all look forward too
Living the dream, burning fat, and collecting pneumonia
Jokes aside, being a busy parent means trading ‘perfect conditions’ for ‘perfect consistency.’
If you only show up for your health on the sunny days, you’re going to miss out on a lot of progress
So grab your raincoat. The kids are happy, and a little rain should never stop us from hitting our goals, let’s be honest that’s all it ever does

My social media feed has been vacant lately
If you’ve been following me for a while and wondered where I have been over the last month, the explanation is simple, Life got real, the schedule got chaotic, and my priorities had to shift
Between managing my own family chaos and making sure my actual coaching clients were getting incredible results, trying to crack the Instagram algorithm took a massive backseat
And honestly? I’m completely okay with that.
Because if you are a busy parent you will know exactly how this feels.
You are spinning plates every single day, work, kids, school runs, family, household jobs. Eventually, a plate drops
For me, it was social media. For you, it might be that gym routine you meant to start, or the meal prep you didn't have the energy for last week.
Dropping a plate doesn't mean you've failed. It just means you'’e a human being managing a full, busy life
The secret isn't being perfect. It’s knowing how to pick the plate back up without beating yourself up about it
So, I'm back, No long apologies and no pretending life is a perfect Instagram feed
