With the Women's Rugby World Cup final this weekend, we thought we would remind you of all we have going on at Ashington for our Women and Girls.

We have...

• Mixed touch rugby every Monday and Wednesday from 7pm

• Mixed walking rugby every Wednesday from 5.30

• Our NEW women's contact rugby starting October 9th at 6.30pm

• Girls touch rugby Fridays from 7pm (not this Friday though, as coaches are away too Twickenham!)

• Girls tag and contact rugby Sundays and midweek (depending on age) for 4 year old's to U16s (U18s from next season)

• Ladies day on Saturday 6th December at 1pm

Whilst we are excited about our new Women's contact offering, we are equal excited about opening up our Girls touch rugby to U7s starting next week, so new offerings at both ends of the female rugby age range.

All sessions are fully inclusive and open to new, current and past women and girls.

Finally!.... We have our girls' activity session this Saturday, 2-4pm followed by the Women's Rugby World Cup Final. Come on England Rugby we are right behind the Red Roses this Saturday! Final 4pm KO and will be shown in the Clubhouse
